A circa 1960s-1970s hand-painted and glazed ceramic pitcher, produced by Alfaraz, a workshop of ceramic artist Miguel Dura?n-Loriga in Madrid, Spain. On the surface, there is green pinwheels design, a hallmarks of Alfaraz, along with the white banners with yellow outlines placed against a blue and white speckled ground. Markings include: stamp to the bottom, the original manufacturer's tag 'clay treated with pure metallic oxides and baked at a high temperature'. In overall good vintage condition, wear consistent with age.
