An original advertising poster produced in Switzerland circa 1925, designed by Emil Schumacher (1912-1999) for Mobel Baader. This full color lithograph is in beautiful condition, with vibrant colors.
A 1997 edition monograph on the important French designer and decorator Jean-Michel Frank (1895-1941), as well as his business partner Adolphe Chanaux (1887-1965) by Leopold Diego Sanchez. This book, published by Editions du Regard of Paris, France, includes 215 pages in both French and English and 146 pages of beautiful photographs. Very good condition, slight discoloration to the edge of the pages.

A vintage original lithographic poster, advertising for Fromageries Bel, printed in France, circa 1950s to 1960s. The iconic laughing red cow, originally designed by illustrator Benjamin Rabier (1869-1939), is depicted above the headline, "Bonbel Production des Fromageries", with a wheel of sliced bonbel cheese, bread and wine. Markings include printer logo [Chavane_Paris_12 Ave. de la Grande Armee], to the bottom left corner. This poster is in excellent mint condition.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
