The plates depict the two goddesses of the seven lucky gods, ‘Benzai-ten and Kichijo-ten’. The goddesses represent good fortune, happiness and learning and are worshipped by those who pray for luck in love and business. A unique portrayal and format of this subject matter, these plates are in excellent antique condition.
