Painting in oil on unlined canvas by Michel Rodde (French, 1913-2009) entitled "Hommage A Paris" from the 1970's. Michel Rodde was an acclaimed French artist who received honors and prizes worldwide for his work. He is most recognized for his Modern Impressionist style.

The painting is signed on the lower left 'Michel Rodde' and titled on the verso 'Hommage a Paris / Michel Rodde.' There is also a reference number 'F2219' located on the painting's stretcher. The cardboard backing on this work includes a very damaged David Findley gallery label, Ref. F#2219.

The painting's frame is from the period. There are no visible condition issues to note- the painting is in good condition with wear consistent with age and use.
