Savino de Muro (American, b. 1939) Modernist extending dining table, rectangular with rounded corners, the top and legs with chromed details (one foot cap lacking) against a faux parchment finish, the top with inset beveled panels. Note: Savino de Muro (American, b.1939) was a master furniture-maker and restorer with workshops in Long Beach, New York. In the 1970s and 1980s he had a custom line with Cavallon, a showroom in New York's legendary D&D building, where he accepted unique private commissions like this one from architects and designers for their clients. NOTE: This item is only available for preview at our Astoria warehouse, located at 36-01 35th St., Astoria, NY 11106. To see an item, you must make an appointment.
