A vintage coffee table with a geometric chrome and brass frame, and smoked glass top. Condition is good with minor wear consistent with age and use. There are a few scratches and a slight loss of finish on the brass.
A three-tiered chandelier, circa 1970’s, comprised of a brass framed fixture supporting suspended Lucite rods.
An original art deco mirror surrounded by a worked iron frame. The frame above the mirror is decorated with a grape vine with grapes and leaves. Good condition with age appropriate patina and wear; there is some spotting on the upper left side of the mirror.

A Brutalist copper-toned iron sculpture by Mathias Goeritz. Mathias was born in Germany in 1915. He studied Art History and Philosophy in Berlin and from 1940-45 taught in Morocco. After WW2 he returned to Europe, living in spain until he and his wife emigrated to Mexico in 1949, where they would live for the remainder of their lives. In Mexico he continued his sculpting, painting and teaching and also collaborated with architects. He died in Mexico City in 1990.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
