French pair of 1950s sconces, manner of Maison Bagues, featuring decorative parrots against gilt metal.
Produced in the United States, circa 1970s pair of sconces comes adorned with looped Lucite prisms, which form graceful shades over the square, flush mount brass backplates.

A pair of, circa 1950s Italian wall sconces by Stilnovo each with two milk glass shades, on contrasting black enamel stems, branched out at dissimilar lengths from brass mounts, creating a great sense of proportion. Wiring and sockets to US standard, requires E12 bulbs. The sconces are in excellent vintage condition, completely restored and rewired with US sockets.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
