Mid-century Modern circa 1960s slipper chair, created by designer Michael Taylor for Baker Furniture Company, feature its original upholstery, the cushioned back and seat set on a linear frame with bracketed back.

Two lounge chairs by Florence Knoll upholstered in red and made of chromed metal and wood. In good condition with no rips to upholstery but some signs of wear and staning. The cushions are removable. There is an original label and a sticker marked 'Knoll Associates' is present on one of the chrome legs. 110948.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
