Despite wear and spotting to the top brass frame, as well as some slight chipping to the wood body along the perimeter, and age appropriate patina to brass hardware, this piece is in overall good vintage condition.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
