A pair of 19th Century French candelabra, designed in the Empire style, in gilt bronze and malachite. Each candelabrum is topped with allegorical heads of day and night and decorated with classical elements such as foliate scrolls, masks with feathered crowns, anthemion and stylized foliage, above column, encircled with neoclassical motifs, swags, wreath and torches, on stepped base.

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
