A pair of andirons designed by Donald Deskey for Bennet Co in 1945 are made of wrought iron with brass detailing.
These andirons from circa 1940s designed in the Art Deco mode, come in polished chrome, accented with beveled glass, including ball motif to connecting bridge and as finials, on square bases with cast iron supports. Despite presence of chips to glass and wear to metal finish, the andirons remain in overall good vintage condition.

A vintage mixed media abstract expressionist inspired artwork titled "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow"by Barbara Quackenbush (1929-2012). The piece is composed of painting and collage elements. Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
