An Italian, circa 1950s vintage chandelier, with round frame, surrounded by individually applied, hand blown glass florets, in amber to white tones, with gilt metal finial, suspending chain links and acanthus motif canopy. Very good condition, consistent with age and use.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
