The words [SAMUT SITA} handwritten on the lower back; believed to be a name. Despite some wear to the Lucite the piece is in very good condition. Noted measurements are of the framed art cloth. The cloth alone is 35.5" W x 33" H.

Barbara Quackenbush split time between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and continued her artistic training at George Washington University and the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, D.C. and exhibited locally an nationally throughout her career. She passed away in 2012.
