A vintage fused glass platter, produced within the early 1960s period by artisans Michael and Frances Higgins, decorated with an array of stems and dandelion or blotch patterns, with gold detail. Markings include signature, etched on the reverse side. Very good vintage condition, with a couple of minor scratches.
