Magdalena Abakanowicz was a pioneer in fiber-based and mixed media sculpture and installation, gaining international recognition in Contemporary art. Her work has been showcased in numerous museums, public spaces, and sculpture parks globally, including the Tate Modern, MoMA, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris, and the National Museum in Warsaw.
